Yes, Lily is set to appear in a cameo role in the upcoming film by 'Gavin & Stacey' stars Matthew Horne and James Corden, 'Lesbian Vampire Killers'. There is no news yet on whether Lindsay Lohan will also be appearing...

A source said: "James wants Lily to take on a bigger part but she is happy with a cameo."

With the recent gossip about Corden being after Lily, is there no other way to a girl's heart that giving her a part in your film? Oh, but how would the likes of Sienna Miller ever get any work.
