LITTLEST THINGS ALL OVER MY DRESS

Lily Allen has denied reports that she has been banned from borrowing designer clothes. No, not for making them look bad but because of the 'soiled' condition they're in when she gives them back. Which is more information than we cared for.

The rumour started when Lily returned a stained dress to Julien Macdonald that she had worn to a music festival last summer. Which she may as well have kept or at least offered to Oxfam. And why can't she buy her own outfits anyway?

Apparently one particular fashion house has refused to lend her clothes, (it's not Primark is it?) because of her grubbiness.

But Lily says:

"[That rumour's] not entirely true. There are a few odd people who say that."

So it is true then?

"I'm not very good at keeping clothes clean, especially when I'm going to festivals and stuff just because, you know, it is quite muddy and not really the best place for couture dresses."

"But I'm not banned from borrowing things from people. I think I had one instance when I tried to borrow some shoes from Christian Louboutin and they wouldn't let me because the last time they lent me some, my dog had chewed the heel off!"

That's right Lily, blame it on the dog.
