1. Entry: By entering this competition you are agreeing to receive the Teletext Holidays email newsletters, packed with the latest holiday offers and travel reviews (unless already subscribed). You can unsubscribe from these at anytime.
By entering into the competition you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification. Unless otherwise stated, entries must arrive no later than the published closing date for the competition. Entries received after this time will be allowed only at the discretion of Teletext Ltd. Only one entry allowed per person. Proof of emailing will not be accepted as proof of delivery and no responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or for any technical failure or for any event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. Unless otherwise stated, entry to all competitions is restricted to entrants of 18 years of age or over.
2. General: Teletext Ltd reserves the right to withhold prizes where it is evident that an entrant has not followed the competition rules. Teletext reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion. No correspondence can be entered into or interviews given on any matters arising from any Teletext competition. Unless specifically stated otherwise, there is no cash alternative to the prizes offered. If the winner of a competition is unable to take up a prize for any reason Teletext Ltd reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.
3. Conditions of the holiday: The holiday must be taken between 15th January 2008 and 31st March 2008. The accommodation will be rated 4 star or above and be on a bed & breakfast basis with two adults sharing a room for three nights maximum in Prague. Flights and accommodation are included in the competition prize and are subject to availability.
4. Period of Competition: Entries to the competition are applicable only between Friday 22nd November and 21st December 2007. Entries made outside this period will not be considered for the competition.
5. Teletext competitions comply fully with all Ofcom PhonepayPlus and ASA rules.
