CAN'T STAND HEARING YOU

The one positive aspect of the Police re-forming was that unless you were mental enough to pay for a gig ticket, you could avoid the ghastly trio, but now it seems that Sting is considering releasing a new album from the band into the wild, and like an atomic bomb going off in your garden, it's not really something you could ignore.

Mean old bastard Sting promised us that there would be no new material after the tour, but now appears to be going back on his word and he may befoul the ears of the nation with his cod-reggae whining once again, though it will be on his terms as he's clearly the chief of Police.

"Perhaps we will stay together after the tour. You can't predict. I'm sure the other two would love for us to record some new material." Ooh! Get him! Sting is ambivalent about the idea, because as he correctly and arrogantly points out:

"It's just really a question of whether I feel inspired."

Lack of inspiration never stopped you in the past, you fucker.
