STARS AT THE CANNES FILM FESTIVAL

It's the 61st Cannes Film Festival and we have pictures of the premiere for 'Blindness' (nope, us neither). Which was probably what many of the actresses were temporarily suffering from when they chose their frocks.

Here's who turned up:

Cate Blanchett - beautiful
Gillian Anderson - looked startled, perhaps because of the man standing next to her
Mischa Barton - strange
Dennis hopper - very short
Sean Penn - even shorter
Eva Longoria - nice
Mystery woman with wet perm - horrible
Natalie Portman - looked like she was wearing a giant sweet wrapper
Julianne Moore - looked like she had a pair of toucans perched on her shoulder
