R KELLY'S PHANTOM MOLE

R&B singer and creator of the worst Hip Hopera ever R Kelly is currently on trial accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. In opening statements it seems R Kelly's defence rests on the fact that 'the man filmed with the girl' was not him because he has a mole on his back not shown in the sex tape. And that the female in the video is a prostitute not an innocent teenager.

Prosecutors on the other hand have claimed that the 26-minute video, which was shown in the Chicago court, was:

"Vile, disturbing and disgusting sex acts, actions that were choreographed, produced and starred in by Kelly."

The alleged victim, who is in her twenties now, has decided not to testify and is further claiming that it is not her in the video which could of course help R's case. Well apart from the fact that four key witnesses positively identified the allegedly under-aged girl including one girl who said she and the alleged victim used to visit Kelly at his recording studio.

Worse, she added that her friend introduced the R&B singer to her as her 'Godfather' and that he would often give her friend cash gifts between $100 and $500 though she was never aware of any sexual relationship.

On the mention of money Kelly's defence attorney, Sam Adam Jr, suggested Kelly's head was digitally imposed on the body of the man seen having sex in the tape and that the witnesses wanted to "get back at Mr. Kelly" for a business dispute and hoped to "extort Kelly" in a possible civil lawsuit. It may be R Kelly in the sex tape but they'll never make it stand up in court.
