RUSSELL BRAND EXPLAINS NIGHT AT EMBASSY CLUB

OK, so you might not think he's funny or understand in any way what the female population of the world see in him, but Russell Brand does have a bit of a way with a quote, in a Noel Gallagher sort of a way. Here he is explaining his exploits at the Embassy club the other day...

He told the Mirror:

"I was in that club merely as an ambassador - like any person in an Embassy should be.

"I never go to those places. But I said I want to go to those clubs where girls go to meet footballers because I would like to meet footballers. I saw Arsenal's Gael Clichy and Adebayor in there and Robbie Savage.

Nice evasion. But apart from saying that there were "many mistakes" made that night, he avoided all questions about his alleged three way with two blondes in the club's staff toilets.

So we can only really guess that the girls' response was along the lines of "Ambassador, you are really soiling us..." (Sorry.)
