ROD STEWART DEMANDS OXYGEN MASKS IN RIDER

It seems that 63-year-old Rod Stewart needing some extra oxygen on standby is a bit of a shock to festival organizers in Norway. Compared with Pete Doherty or Amy Winehouse it sounds quite tame to us and is probably way more commonplace than you'd think.

What shocks us are Rod's demands on the rest of the rider for a one-off gig. The 30-page list of requests included 48 white, Fifa size 5, non-logo footballs so he could have a kickabout then boot them into the crowd, plus £8,000 of food for him and his crew including an 'economical' breakfast of doughnuts for the local team.

Then he wanted his own separate marquee, a hotel's presidential suite, three limousines, UK papers and good dry cleaners. Ridiculous! As if a good dry cleaners is easy to find!
