Some people thought it was odd that Rob Lowe got on his moral high horse and declared that his nanny was trying to blackmail him with made up stories. Well, people thought it was odd that Lowe claimed all this then declined the offer of the LA Police to investigate the alleged blackmail. Now it's up to the courts to decide which of the pair is telling the truth, and it's going to be fun as the accusations start to fly.

Jessica Gibson is the nanny in question, and though Lowe got his lawsuit in first, she has counter sued and made some allegations against the film star (who doesn't exactly have a whiter than white past).

She claims that she was subjected to groping and that occasionally Lowe would flash her and ask for inappropriate 'massages', presumably asking for a 'happy ending'.

And Gibson claims Lowe's wife Sheryl was just as bad, walking around in the buff, boasting about her sex life and randomly commenting on male genitalia whenever possible. What a house! But who to believe? Gibson's lawyers have already admitted that she was asking for $1.5m to shut up, and also that she had already left the job once, returning despite her nanny wages being half of the replacement job.

For the nannying and ogling, Gibson was paid the princely sum of £9 per hour. I'll do it for six, but I want every second weekend off, OK Sheryl?
