I BELIEVE I MIGHT CRY

It's squeaky bum time for R&B singer R Kelly in his trial for allegedly sleeping with an underage girl. Well it's a little worse than that. He's actually accused not only of having sex with a minor but getting her to take part in a threesome before he urinated on her. Whilst allegedly making a videotape of the whole shebang. He denies the charges, but whichever way the decision goes, I'm guessing he won't be appearing as the half time entertainment at the Superbowl any time soon.

Kelly claims that the woman in question was over the age of consent at the time of the threesome urinary incident, so all in the court will be waiting to hear what the main prosecution witness has to say about all this. After all, she's the other woman involved in the encounter and therefore the meat in a pretty unsavoury sandwich.

The witness has already faced a legal challenge from the defence team who sought to have her evidence excluded. Well, they would, wouldn't they?

On Monday, an employee of Kelly's reluctantly identified that the male in the video was someone she worked for who might have the name 'R Kelly'.

Bet he wishes he could fly now etc etc.

Troubled R&B star R. KELLY's child pornography trial has taken a strange twist thanks to a phone call.

One of the singer's lawyers prompted Judge Vincent Gaughan to adjourn the case on Wednesday (28May08) after coming forward with a new witness he claimed could potentially impeach someone else's testimony.

The attorney, Sam Adam, told Judge Gaughan that the new witness was flying to Chicago, Illinois and the defence team needed time to depose the man, who had phoned in vital information.
