Here's a piece of advice. When you're a local news reporter out on a location piece about a major infestation of birds, try to take care and think about the subject matter you're reporting on.
At first glance it looks like he's covered all the bases. He's well wrapped up in a mac, meaning that when the inevitable bird poo falls onto his shoulder it could be easily wiped off. This is to be expected. But at no point should he be so amazed by this occurrence that he looks up into the sky, open-mouthed...
