To combat the rising trend in bacon trainers (known as 'streakers') and all that Beef Wellington advertised by restaurants, Portman has teamed up with her stylist Kate Young to design 20 pairs of vegan shoes.
With the animal-friendly price tag of £100 you can get Portman's own 'chic footwear', which probably just consists of the cardboard box other shoes come wrapped in.
In other celebrity endorsement news, Clint Eastwood is suing a manufacturer for making chairs called 'The Eastwood' (insert own wooden acting joke here) but no word has reached us yet about other ranges including 'The Lohan' waterbeds, 'The Katona' cigarette lighters or 'The Barrymore' swimming pools...
