Despite
Naomi Campbell claiming that she was only
arrested at Heathrow airport because she was black (and not for spitting in a policeman's face or going completely mental) it has now been reported that she used racial insults towards a police officer during the arrest.
According to The Sun, Naomi called one police officer a 'white slag' and a 'white honkey' while she was being handcuffed. Not sure if anyone complained about the tautology of using the unnecessary modifier 'white' in front of 'honkey' - they were probably more concerned with wiping the spit off their faces.
And that sort of language isn't really going to get you out of a pair of handcuffs is it?
Campbell was arrested after apparently going crazy when BA lost her baggage at the newly opened Terminal 5 at Heathrow. She has now been banned from ever flying with the airline again.
Her spokesperson helpfully added in her defence:
"This doesn’t sound like anything she would
say."
We think it could be time for somebody to get back to mopping floors for a couple of hundred hours, community service-stylea...
