Melanie Chisholm has started the bitching war with the rest of the
Spice Girls, before the tour has even kicked off. At this rate they'll have pulled each other's hair out before they record their 'live' vocals for the tour.
Mel has boasted that she's clearly the best singer in the Spice Girls, which is like claiming you're the eighth best welder in Skelmersdale. It might be true, but it's not a lot to boast about, is it? Like Sting claiming that he's the best bass player in 'The Police' or Ringo saying he's the best drummer... oh, hang on...
"It's all just personal opinion isn't it that I had the best solo career, but yes, I am the best! Sorry girls!" smarmed Mel, flooded with pride. She's clearly forgotten that simply horrible duet with Bryan Adams, after which she should have been ashamed to leave the house.
She has also disclosed some secrets about the upcoming tour, which makes it sound simply fascinating.
"We have a great set list. The show has a theme and there's a storyline that runs throughout it. We had a costume meeting last night - wow! Just everything about it, we just want to blow everybody away."
Wow indeed! Lots of poncing around and costume changes. That sounds utterly brilliant and ground-breaking, and just like the last Spice Girls tour, though hopefully this time Mel B won't try to convert an openly-gay backing dancer by marrying him.
