LOHAN IS A DIRTY THIEF

Lindsay Lohan has more money than most of us can imagine, but when it comes to paying her way, she's as tight as the next skank.

Or so says that pool of responsibility Steve-O who claims that the ginger mess mooched a bag of 'boog suge' from his bathroom cabinet.

"Lindsay had left her wallet in my bathroom and she came back to my place to get it and while she was there she took a Boog Suge* home with her too," guffawed Steve-o on the Howard Stern show.

"I haven't heard from her since she went to rehab."

I'm not surprised. She's probably flogging the rest of your stuff down the local market as you speak.

*Apparently that's a certain white powder familiar to a celeb or two. Btw, who keeps it in their bathroom cabinet?
