Lindsay Lohan: fresh arrest for DUI and found with a controlled substance

Breaking news: the fresh out of rehab Lindsay Lohan has been arrested again for drink driving in the early hours of this morning (California time), and also found to be in possession of cocaine.

TMZ is reporting that Lohan was arrested around 2:15am this moring in Santa Monica, having been nicked only a few weeks previously for a drink driving smash in Beverly Hills.

Lohan's charges include possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license. Her bail has been set at $25,000.

At the time of writing, Lohan was still behind bars and had been arrested following a report of her vehicle chasing another car.
