NO LOVE

As you may be aware, we have been closely following the arrest of ex-Blue member and elephant enthusiast, Lee Ryan, after he allegedly assaulted a taxi driver. He is only in court now as the man pressing charges, Naeem Ibrahim, had been in India and unable to attend court. But we can now reveal in full detail the charges against him...

The prosecution has been outlining their case and they allege that Lee, who doesn't look or sound like the sharpest tool in the box, punched the cabbie in the head, although it is not known whether he actually aimed for his face.

The court heard that he hit Naeem Ibrahim up to three times after a 'road rage' incident. Lee's fiancee, Samantha Miller, accidentally drove into the back of Naeem's cab when Lee leant over to kiss her. Which is one way to avoid kissing Lee.

When Mr Naeem got out of his car to ask Lee for his details, Lee is alleged to have become aggressive and said:

"Why do you want my details? There is no damage - I am not going to pay for it."

Lee then allegedly punched him the face when he tried to give him a pen and pad to write down his details. A witness claimed to have seen Lee pushing the man in the chest two times.

The case continues, so unfotunately no one can use the line "All, Rise. I rest my case" yet, but you can be sure they'll be fighting (again) over who gets to use it after the defence has made its case.
