It has been reported that Kylie Minogue has told her friends that she has a not-so-secret crush on Sir Paul McCartney, adding herself to an impressive list of female admirers who are clearly attracted to his youthful looks, sparkling humour and vast rooms full of cash.

The singer presented Sir Thumbsaloft with a BRIT award for Outstanding Achievement last month, presumably for his musical work or perhaps for being able to hold those eyebrows aloft for the last 50 years. Ever since then she has been a little bit smitten, despite their age difference and his incredibly poorly-died hair.

"Kylie first met up with Paul in December and obviously again for the BRIT awards. Afterwards, she confessed she has a crush on him but he hasn't returned her flirtatious feeling," said a source who chose to remain un-named (due to being fictional).

"She is set to turn 40 in May and feels more pressure than ever to land an eligible man so she can get to work on having the baby she's always dreamt of."

Ooh, just what Paul needs, a calculating woman looking for an 'eligible' man to have babies with. 'Lady Kylie' does have a certain ring to it though.
