Kerry Katona is at it again. Not content with opening that glistening mouth-hole for frozen food adverts, she has decided to pour forth her wisdom on
female celebrities and their drug habits. Some might think that she is skating over some particularly thin ice here, but with no trace of irony WHATSOEVER she has decided to tell More magazine her thoughts on celebrity addiction.
Jesus! The people at More magazine must have been rushed to casualty for treatment for their bruised dropped jaws, such is the sheer cheek of this woman!
"I will be recovering for the rest of my life. I will always be an addict. But I get a lot of stick for it. It is unfair really when you look at Kate Moss and Amy Winehouse."
Mmm, unfair? Not really. That pair have stayed famous because deep down they actually have talent, rather than an agent releasing a series of heartbreaking 'revelations' to the highest bidder of a glossy magazine over their rubbish career/drug use/burglaries/ etc. OK, here comes the incredible, no-self-awareness-or sense-of-shame comment number one.
"I think they are a lost cause." Ouch! That's like a telling-off followed by a slapping from Gandhi. Still not quite believing the sheer brass neck of this wet-lipped harridan? "Britney Spears seriously needs help. They should all go to rehab, it worked for me."
Deep breath. It worked for Kerry. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she meant it kept her in the newspapers? But wait, sweet Jesus, she isn't done with the rehab talk yet!
"It was one of the hardest things to do but also one of the most enjoyable. I would go back to rehab tomorrow."
Shall we have a whip round? Or an intervention? Face it, after these comments if we start a petition we could have her sectioned by the time 'Deal Or No Deal' comes on! Who's with me?
