She is uncomfortable with her arse because she thinks it's fat. Well she has been hanging out a lot with Victoria Beckham so most people would consider themselves fat whilst standing next to a skeleton with only a few scraps of rotting meat on it.

So producers have drafted in a £1,000-a-day body double to film the shower scene in new film 'Whiteout'.

A source said told The Mail: "Kate has a terrible self-image. She thinks she is fat and she is always complaining how certain outfits make her bottom look big. Of course, the reality is that she has the most amazing body.

"The script called for her character to be filmed nude in a shower, focusing in on her bottom and thighs. Kate insisted on a double being hired. She was quite open on the set about not liking her body and said she particularly loathed her bottom and was not comfortable baring it."

The script called for a nude shower scene – genius. Who writes this stuff? I'd like to see producers telling Kate how it was "essential to the plot" that she get her arse out in the film, whilst laughing behind their hands and rubbing their thighs Vic and Bob style.
