Some performers routinely get things thrown at them on stage, hence Tom Jones' massive collection of knickers and James Blunt's impressive collection of insults. Not Kanye West though. If you're at one of his concerts (may God have mercy on your soul, for a start) then don't be thinking about throwing anything at him, unless it's adulation and perhaps an admiring glance.
Here, one poor fool threw an unspecified object in the direction of the great one, who stops the concert and makes the culprit feel about an inch tall, and therefore too small to throw anything in future.
And then the security turn up, turning a mistaken gesture into a full blown over-reaction, and ensuring that everyone knows which singers take themselves far too seriously.
