It's not surprising that a 17-year-old girl might be apprehensive about
giving birth to her first child, but
Jamie Lynn Spears appears to be especially nervous about her upcoming trip to the maternity ward.
The 'actress' is naturally worried about the whole process of delivering a large-headed infant into the world via her mimsy, so to help her deal with the process her mother Lynne showed her a graphic video of a woman actually giving birth (thankfully not her sister Britney).
Quite how this was supposed to help is uncertain, as the video appears to be even bloodier that the last 40 minutes of 'The Passion Of The Christ' and has provided the teenager with enough terror to provide night sweats every bedtime until the baby arrives, or as Star magazine reports...
"She wanted to show Jamie Lynn what a woman goes through giving birth, that it's a natural and beautiful thing, but all Jamie Lynn saw was the blood — or 'goop,' as she called it — the screaming and the pain. It was too graphic for her. She flipped out and literally got sick."
You've got to feel sorry for her. Anyone who uses the word 'goop' is clearly not the most mature and well-adjusted person in the world. Jamie Lynn has a cunning plan to avoid all the pain and mental stress though.
"She wants to be knocked out and then wake up when it's all over."
Which is exactly the way her elder sister has been approaching her career for the last year or so.
