What would you do if you were missing a hand? Just carry on with life as normal?

Or would you fool people into thinking that you have one ridiculously long finger by having a fingernail tattooed on the end? Obviously the latter, which is exactly what this person has done.

And it almost fooled us (although the fingernail does look a tiny bit like a sea shell).
