More Madonna news...
Now this truly beggars belief. An incredibly posh woman appears on the sofas at
GMTV explaining that there is a real crisis facing many children in the UK.
Unfortunately, many couples are going
abroad to adopt, due to the examples set by the likes of
Angelina Jolie and
Madonna. This means that there are lots of children in this country who are left without a realistic chance of adoption, as the plummy-voiced woman is explaining.
And who exactly is this concerned aristocrat? Well, watch as Fiona Phillips gives the wonderful (and slightly sneering) revelation that the whiner on the sofa is the mother in law of Madonna, and the woman who gave birth to the foul-mouthed Cockernee hardman Guy Ritchie. A couple who know a fair bit about overseas adoption, though the original Mrs Ritchie, despite all of her fancy upbringing, doesn't seem to know the meaning of the word 'hypocrisy'.
