The Elle Style Awards were held last night and Keira Knightley was finally noticed for her acting skills by being awarded with Best Actress at the event. However, Kelly Osbourne also won an award for Best Female TV Star so obviously they just wrote down some categories and then picked names out of a hat.

Here are some of the celebrities that turned up for the Style awards - although for some, the term 'style' is used only in the loosest sense...

Alexa Chung - looking like a tasty meringue
KT Tunstall - looking like a soggy bumble bee
Sophie Ellis-Bextor - looking like a giant snowflake
Kylie Minougue - looking remarkably like Leslie Ash
Lily Allen - adding on 20 years with her outfit/hairstyle
Holly Willoughby - has big boobs
