Remember the charming prisoners at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Centre? The ones who danced around in their orange jumpsuits to Michael Jackson's 'Thriller'? Thriller in Manilla etc.
Well they're back. Actually that's not strictly accurate as they certainly never went anywhere, what with being banged-up criminals.
In this frankly puzzling video (which seems to be interspersed with some lovely shots of a crying, sweating man, a cardinal and a legless beggar on a skateboard) the cons don their dancing shoes and rework an old Laura Branigan number.
