BRITNEY DUMPS ADNAN AND TAKES OUT RESTRAINING ORDER?

It seems that Britney Spears has finally seen the light (well, nearly) as it has been reported that she has finally dumped her Brummie boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, the paparazzi photographer with the peculiar facial hair.

But Britney hasn't just kicked him to the curb, she's gone the whole hog and has reportedly taken a restraining order out against him (and don't we wish we could all do that when we break up).

Apparently Britney's friend, Sam Lufti (who also looks like he's up to no good) is said to have shown paparazzi photographers the restraining order on Saturday night, while Adnan was in LA attending a funeral (which seems a little insensitive).

However, Adnan (clearly not the brightest button in the box, but then Britney did marry Kevin Federline) is said to be unaware of their split or any legal action, claiming "everything is and was fine".

Britney is said to have broken it off with Adnan (for reasons other than THAT goatee) because of reports that he has been selling pictures of her to the media through his photo agency, Finalpixx.

A pap selling pics to the media? Who'd a thunk it.

Although Britney has a long way to go until she is fully recovered, at least she's finally done something right. Well done, Britney.
