In a clear cut case of the lesser of two evils, we find ourselves in the strange position of siding with a member of
Westlife. We didn't think it would ever come to this, but in a competition between
Brian McFadden and
Kerry Katona, we're going to have to go with Brain.
The former Westlife 'singer' apparently wants custody of his two children with Kerry Katona after watching Kerry's reality show (he may have been the only viewer) and he has hired a top QC to pursue the claim using the MTV show, 'Kerry Katona: Crazy in Love', as evidence against his ex-wife.
We pity the judge or jury who'll have to sit through that case...
The 28-year-old, who has unbelievably managed to bag himself Aussie pop star Delta Goodrem (pictured below) as a girlfriend, has apparently become increasingly worried about his two girls - Molly, six, and Lilly-Sue, five - after Kerry's continuing erratic behaviour. Maybe he saw her interview with Holy Moly (see below)...
A source said: "Those poor girls need stability because they've lived a rollercoaster ride with Kerry for too long.
"You only have to look at her show and see the mess she's in. Brian can give them the upbringing they deserve."
We pity the kids who are offered a choice like that. It's like one of those horrific 'Would you rather...' ultimatums.
