The great and the good (and plenty of miserable idiots) were out in force at the premiere of George Clooney’s latest movie ‘Michael Clayton’, but one famous face was missing. Despite Brad Pitt attending, his glamourous wife was nowhere to be seen, choosing to stay at home with her rainbow nation of children.

It’s a well-known fact that Angelina and George just don’t get on, and poor Brad is caught in the middle like a confused puppy in a divorce with both owners clapping their hands and urging "Here boy!"

Angelina feels that Clooney is a bad influence on her hubby, taking him away from his fatherly duties by going out, drinking and generally behaving like a free human being. A source (un-named) told Life And Style Weekly,

"Angie is not particularly close to George, so she didn't see why she had to be there. She asked Brad if he minded going alone, but Brad says it wasn't really a question. And it was fine with him. Angie doesn't get along with any of Brad's friends.”

She hates his friends, keeps bringing new children home and is domineering and jealous. What does Brad see in the beautiful, pneumatic millionairess? Sorry George, if it were me you’d be walking up that red carpet smiling, but alone.
