AMY WINEHOUSE ARRESTED OVER DRUG VIDEO

Amy Winehouse has been arrested regarding the video which appeared in The Sun allegedly showed her taking evil death drugs.
She's banged up in an East London police stations according to her management.

A copper said this:

"Around 1pm today a 24-year-old woman from the Camden area attended a London police station by arrangement and was arrested in connection with the alleged possession of a controlled drug.

This is the second time Amy has been arrested in a month. One more and she wins a picnic blanket and a 24 piece crockery set. More as it breaks (i.e. After I've had my dinner).

UPDATE: She got bailed. I am obviously massively surprised at this, but am convinced that our officers of the law will come to their senses and make sure they waste some more police money and time on a drug addict taking drugs. In other surprising news, police say they plan to raid the Nelson Mandela 90th birthday concert on charges of crimes against music and complete public indifference at seeing both Jamelia and Simple Minds on the same bill. True Story.

If she's so determined to fuck her career up in this sub-Billie Holliday lifestyle/fantasy that she's very carefully constructed, then let her get on with it. Everyone involved- from husbands, 'friends', fellow artists latching on, publicity mad parents etc to the record company, promoters booking her for gigs, even the paparazzi following her every drunken step should be mortified with themselves for what they've all had a part in creating. Ie - A frankenstein's monster of a woman, who looks like she's been on a conveyer belt travelling through a pub, a poor quality tattoo parlour, an even worse hair salon, Mark Ronson's Smokin' 60's Soul-o-Matic Recording Studio, a concentration camp, a crack house and then a pub again. Repeat til dead. Rant over.
