This has the extremely unwelcome side effect of everything - including creches - making 'the bridge' and shutting down for four (last week) and five days (this week) in a row. This in turn has the side effect of ensuring the kids are here, making intolerable amounts of noise and mess, from morning to night and preventing me, DKP4, from getting any fucking work done or indeed any peace and/or quiet at all. I love the kids dearly but fuck me, short weeks ain't what they used to be.
